The icebucket challenge has breathed new life into me after a two week period of not blogging.
The traditional use of cooling down a hot or sore head with a bucket of ice is surely come at right time for me. The awareness raised for motor neurone disease /ALS is absolutely beyond expectations. No matter where in the world the funding goes, as long as it give a much needed boost to research.
So this weekend has marked a record fund raising effort of £100k in one day. WOW. Hats off to Greg Broadhurst, McGuire family and all those with the foresight to propel this effort
